📋 Description

• Define and deliver products combining user experience, business expectations, and technology • Provide simple, elegant solutions to complex problems • Manage products and services in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Act as the primary relationship manager with business partners and product-line stakeholders • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication • Resolve general issues • Align business strategy for the product • Support analytics products and services for Acute Hospital Operations, including Length of Stay reduction, Case Management, Perioperative Services, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, and Imaging • Work as part of Providence's Analytics Center of Excellence multidisciplinary analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience (project, program, product and/or people) • Focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience • 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent education/experience preferred • 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations preferred • Industry frameworks in the applicable domain preferred • Strong problem resolution, decision-making, communication, and partnering skills
