📋 Description

• Serve as an integral member of a behavioral health consult team serving acute patients remotely through a Telehealth platform • Independently assess and triage patients via telehealth across diverse patient populations and geographic regions • Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings • Provide clinical social work consult services • Make treatment recommendations • Conduct risk assessments • Provide therapeutic interventions • Provide discharge planning recommendations • Diagnose mental health conditions • Provide crisis intervention • Provide warm handoffs to the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University • Upon hire, a Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, Alaska Clinical Social Worker License, California Clinical Social Worker License, Montana Clinical Social Worker License, Oregon Clinical Social Worker License, New Mexico Clinical Social Worker License, or Texas Clinical Social Worker License • 5 years post-graduate experience working in an Emergency Department, Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting • Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record • EPIC experience preferred • 1 year experience working with children or adolescents preferred
