📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy that accelerates growth • Full ownership of the budget and financial performance • Coach and mentor the Senior Leadership Team across Engineering, Sales & Marketing • Partner with engineering leadership to own the product vision and roadmap • Oversee the revenue engine from lead generation through retention and expansion • Serve as the primary interface with the Group Leader

🎯 Requirements

• People-first leader with experience managing cross-functional teams • Technical credibility with AI fluency • P&L awareness and business economics exposure • Builder mentality with a track record of structuring teams or processes • Preferred: Vertical market SaaS experience • Preferred: Familiarity with acquisition-driven operating models • Preferred: Track record of legacy system modernization • Preferred: Experience in high-autonomy environments
