📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and infrastructure assessments with prospective and existing clients • Design and recommend networking, security, server, cloud, and infrastructure solutions • Develop technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), project scopes, and statements of work (SOWs) • Create project plans and professional services labor estimates • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering to deliver practical, supportable solutions • Present technical recommendations and communicate solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences • Serve as a technical resource throughout the pre-sales process • Evaluate existing infrastructure and develop solution designs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related field • Strong networking knowledge, including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and network security • Working knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure • Experience developing technical designs, project scopes, statements of work (SOWs), and labor estimates • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Previous MSP or IT consulting experience is a plus
