📋 Description
• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans • Implement individualized occupational therapy services supporting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom functional performance • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate therapy goals into daily school activities • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with educational and therapy regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and certification appropriate for school settings • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school setting, excluding the internship year • Ability to design, implement, and modify school-based therapy programs • Working knowledge of virtual tools, personal computers, and platforms for data tracking, collaboration, and communication • Schedule flexibility during school day hours • Interest in working across time zones
