📋 Description

• Plan and execute assigned marketing campaigns, including email, social, paid ads, content, PR, and internal communication • Create content for assigned channels • Track performance metrics and produce reports for stakeholders • Analyze campaign performance and optimize tactics • Manage relationships with marketing vendors • Manage budgets and billing for assigned channels • Perform updates to the PSI website • Plan and support PSI events with the global marketing events team • Contribute to PSI marketing strategy • Mentor junior members of the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • East Coast location preferred • At least 3–5 years running B2B social media campaigns (LinkedIn) • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WeChat is a plus • Experience running digital events (coordinating, content development, post-event activity) • Event planning experience is a plus • Strong writing and editing experience • Outstanding verbal communication skills • Capable of managing multiple projects at once with high attention to detail • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) • Must not require a work visa for employment or continued employment now or in the future
