• Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit. • Schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers. • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities. • Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting. • Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process. • Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team. • Occasional travel for recruiting related events may be required. • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• 1+ years of experience in a relevant field required. • Relevant experience to be considered includes but is not limited to customer service, data entry, and/or healthcare administration. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-facing environment. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. • Strong attention to detail and precision. • Proficient in utilizing ATS tools and Microsoft Office. • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
