📋 Description
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles • Train and supervise behavior technicians and caregivers on implementing behavior plans and teaching new skills • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment data • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA and apply them to client treatment plans
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in using technology for remote services • Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
