β’ Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients β’ Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles β’ Train and supervise behavior technicians and caregivers on implementing behavior plans and teaching new skills β’ Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed β’ Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment β’ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment data β’ Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA and apply them to client treatment plans
β’ Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing β’ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities β’ Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β’ Proficient in using technology for remote services β’ Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license
