📋 Description

• Conduct research on psychological, clinical, and digital health topics • Further develop psychological content, VR scenarios, and materials • Address product and UX questions for therapists and patients • Support evaluations, studies, questionnaires, and data analysis • Conduct market, competitive, and opportunity analyses • Prepare business cases, presentations, and pitch materials • Communicate with partners, clinics, academic researchers, and the startup ecosystem • Support operational activities across Research, Product, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and Communications • Identify blockers and contribute to resolving them • Take on behind-the-scenes tasks that are important to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Health Sciences, Human Factors, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare Management, or a related field • Willingness to complete a mandatory internship • Interest in digital health, MedTech, mental health, VR, or modern psychotherapy • A proactive mindset, the ability to ask good questions, and a desire to improve things • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • Ability to quickly understand complex content and communicate it clearly and concisely • Open communication and strong teamwork skills • Willingness to take responsibility • German and English language skills • Energy, self-motivation, and genuine interest
