• Develop a strong understanding of client KPIs while ensuring campaigns are aligned with both client objectives and Pubity’s channel positioning. • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams) to shape content ideas that are engaging and on-brand. • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from kick-off through recap. • Manage the approval process between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback cycles. • Oversee content production processes, ensuring quality control across visual, video, and written assets. • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs while recommending and implementing optimizations. • Deliver detailed campaign reports and lead all post-campaign reviews with clients. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and contribute to renewal conversations.
• 3–5 years experience in digital media, branded content, social publishing, or agency account management • Experience working in pre-sale and post-sale marketing • Interest in creative ideation and campaign strategy • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Strong understanding of the commercial publishing landscape • Experience in partnerships and business development a plus • Experience in experiential post-sale campaigns a plus
