📋 Description

• Supervise and/or lead technical business analysts, including task assignment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, and career development • Create requirements-gathering documents identifying business and user needs • Create functional specifications and other documentation defining scope and requirements for development and QA teams • Create wireframes or prototypes using Axure RP or related tools • Gather and adapt business requirement feedback from key stakeholders • Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and users to plan and execute testing and ensure functionality and user acceptance • Perform production deployment verification • Perform regression testing for each release • Assist with internal training for new features • Assist product leads with writing user stories • Assist product development and R&D with client focus groups • Assist with product troubleshooting and triage • Prepare and post defects/support requests and manage them through completion and release • Support new feature configurations and new project rollouts • Clarify functionality for SOP documentation • Create and maintain complex Power Apps using low-code/no-code tools • Work with external and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop product road maps • Delegate work, motivate and retain team members, and develop high-performing individuals and teams

• Ability to lead and supervise others • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently • Ability to work efficiently and accurately • Proven ability to take initiative and seek solutions • Ability to develop a working knowledge of PCG products • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze, organize, and present data • Strong attention to detail • Organization, planning, and time management skills • Effective communication skills (presentation, facilitation, and written) • Curiosity to learn multiple states, product, and program functions • Ability to build and maintain business relationships • Ability to use sound judgment and know when to seek guidance • Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of business analysis and/or product design experience • Proven record of excellence in documenting, designing, and delivering technical solutions • Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Axure RP or Balsamiq, or ability to quickly learn • Knowledge of Asana, JIRA, MS Project, and other project tracking tools preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Experience supervising and coaching other technical business analysts • Prior Education, Health, or Mental Health field experience is a plus • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
