📋 Description

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations, including electronic case files, legal documentation, and financial documentation • Work with Title IV-E Eligibility staff to achieve performance, outputs, and compliance objectives • Meet weekly project goals for QA evaluation compliance • Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation • Work within a team to meet project deadlines • Ensure quality control procedures for operational processes are performed • Validate and complete monthly reports measuring project objectives • Analyze data and reports to determine error trends • Support the Eligibility Manager in team supervision and other required tasks • Travel within Wisconsin, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data • Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time to meet critical deadlines • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Proficient in written and spoken English • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least one year of Title IV-E eligibility experience • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
