• Recruit and interview candidates for both hourly and salaried positions • Source qualified candidates, including for hard-to-fill positions • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate recruiting records, job postings, and candidate documentation • Provide administrative and scheduling support as needed • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe on an advanced level • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Follow through on assignments and responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Previous recruiting and administrative experience • Experience interviewing both hourly and salaried candidates • Proven ability to source candidates for difficult-to-fill positions • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills • Highly professional, reliable, and accountable • Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude • Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently
