📋 Description
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the supply chain platform • Define the architecture and set the technical direction • Partner with stakeholders and executive leadership • Work closely with a small engineering team • Mentor junior engineers and raise technical standards
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in backend engineering • Expert-level proficiency in Golang or modern backend languages • Deep expertise designing and operating high-scale distributed systems • Strong command of service-oriented architecture and API strategy • Expert-level AWS knowledge, including containerization • Deep expertise in relational database design and optimization • Proven track record establishing observability standards across engineering teams • Exceptional communication skills
