📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concept to final implementation • Collaborate with the digital design team to create functional, human-centered, conceptual, and visually appealing user experiences • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and interaction concepts • Create intuitive user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines • Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs • Refine designs to drive measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and ensure design feasibility • Propose solutions based on business requirements and audience research • Contribute to product design standards documentation and best practices • Evolve and maintain the digital design system • Support enhancements to online experiences, promotions, project updates, and routine maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Positive attitude and hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach • Strong human-centered visual design skills at the intersection of brand and product design • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Ability to apply data-driven insights to design decisions • Experience working with design systems • Expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite and Figma • 5+ years of digital brand-focused design experience • DTC or ecommerce experience is a plus • Portfolio website featuring examples of web design, graphic design, or interactive design
