📋 Description

• Ensure consistent, high-quality workout delivery and member experience across the network • Coach franchisees, head coaches, and studio leaders on fitness behaviors that drive retention, utilization, and operational best practices, including scheduling optimization • Elevate coaching quality through workshops, trainings, and consultations • Facilitate OTFit certifications, OTFit Facilitator, and continuing education programs • Guide studios through national fitness initiatives and system-wide rollouts • Analyze KPIs linking coaching quality to studio performance, including new member acquisition and retention • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to address performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs • Review studio compliance, network certification, and brand experience requirements • Support approximately 100–150 studios and 25–50 franchisees • Partner closely with a Franchise Business Consultant and support complete territory ownership if required • Travel up to 65% within the assigned territory to visit franchise studios, deliver trainings, and support fitness initiatives • Work from a remote home office when not traveling

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness studio experience • Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a fitness support role • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven leadership experience in fitness environments • Multi-unit leadership experience • Strong analytical and business acumen • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders • Passion for fitness, coaching excellence, and delivering exceptional member experiences • Ability to guide, mentor, and influence studio teams effectively
