📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications • Analyze functional and technical requirements • Make enhancements and develop solutions for legacy systems • Work with applications developed in Visual Basic 5 and .NET • Create, modify, and maintain queries, scripts, and procedures in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) • Analyze incidents and collaborate on their resolution • Interact directly with clients and business users • Translate business needs into technical requirements and explain concepts clearly • Document changes, solutions, and incidents • Work with the technical team to improve and maintain applications

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing studies in Systems, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in development, application support, or similar technical roles • Strong programming fundamentals and logical thinking • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Experience with a backend programming language, such as .NET, Java, Visual Basic, or similar • Analytical skills • Strong communication skills • Self-motivation and accountability • Eagerness to learn • Residence in Hispanic Latin America • Knowledge of Visual Basic 5 / classic Visual Basic is a plus • Experience with .NET / C# is a plus • Knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and SQL Server is a plus • Experience maintaining or modernizing legacy systems is a plus • Previous experience in support or interacting with users/clients is a plus
