📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive multi-year strategy and roadmap to achieve international franchise sales objectives • Establish the international sales process from lead generation through grand openings • Identify, evaluate, and secure franchise opportunities in key international markets • Lead market research and analysis of demographics, competition, and market trends • Cultivate relationships with prospective franchise partners, developers, and industry stakeholders • Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and marketing on international franchise models, agreements, and support systems • Lead negotiation and execution of franchise agreements • Monitor industry best practices, regulations, and emerging franchise-development trends • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on activities, metrics, and growth opportunities • Share Purpose Brands’ domestic best practices with master franchisees across international units • Support growth of existing franchise partners and expand brands into new geographies and formats • Partner with Brand Presidents to shape brand-specific development strategies • Apply an ROI-driven approach to selecting franchise partners and investments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in franchise development, real estate development, or business development, with international-market success • Extensive international franchise-development experience including market analysis, lead generation, franchise sales, negotiation, and contract management • Proven success launching and scaling franchise operations in diverse international markets • Franchise industry experience with multiple brands strongly preferred • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity across diverse international markets • Experience working with teams and clients from different cultural backgrounds highly valuable • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high autonomy and accountability • Health, wellness, or fitness industry experience preferred • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset • Strong strategic and tactical communication, planning, and execution skills with a global perspective • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate high-performing teams • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • In-depth understanding of international business practices, market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances • Understanding of the international studio fitness market, including dynamics, competition, products, and operations • Passion for health and wellness • Minimum 8–10 weeks of international travel annually, including solo travel; some travel may occur on weekends or holidays • Willingness to work outside normal 8 a.m.–5 p.m. business hours for events and client hosting • Must obtain and maintain a valid passport and required travel visas
