📋 Description

• Provide high-quality virtual sexual health care to patients across the U.S. • Conduct up to approximately 15 hours per week of scheduled live consultations • Lead comprehensive initial assessments, including history taking, risk assessment, and psychosocial evaluations • Provide STBBI prevention education, HIV prevention guidance, risk-reduction strategies, and behavioral counseling • Educate and empower patients regarding treatment options, stigma, and wellness • Provide 5–10 hours per week of asynchronous care • Order labs and diagnostics, interpret results, prescribe medication, and conduct clinical follow-up • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system using virtual tools • Collaborate with and support Registered Nurses and other support team members in end-to-end patient care • Complete at least 10 live consultation hours between Friday and Sunday • Work 20–25 hours weekly, including live consultations and asynchronous tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma • Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 10 states, including at least one of TX, FL, or CA • 2+ years of experience in primary care • Experience providing virtual healthcare • Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery • Experience working in HIV Prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2AI+ community • Consistent availability for asynchronous patient care tasks and up to 15 hours weekly for scheduled shifts • Fluency in Spanish is desirable • Experience with gender and sexually diverse communities is desirable • Experience providing HIV care is desirable • Experience in the private sector, a start-up, or a technology company is desirable • Experience in an independent or autonomous practice setting is desirable
