📋 Description

• Delivering inclusive, expert, virtual care through scheduled synchronous consultations through our virtual care platform • Leading comprehensive assessments for PrEP, DoxyPEP, STI prevention/treatment, and HIV-related care, including: health history, risk assessment, and psychosocial evaluation • Supporting patients with affirming education on HIV/STI prevention, risk reduction, medication adherence, and testing • Providing timely asynchronous care, including ordering labs and diagnostics, interpreting results, prescribing medication, documentation and completing clinical follow-up • Maintaining accurate, detailed records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), using virtual tools to chart, prescribe, communicate, and support seamless continuity of care • Collaborating with and acting as a resource for our team of Registered Nurses and support team members, including managing clinical escalations for complex cases when required

🎯 Requirements

• A Master's degree in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma • Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 10 states • 2+ years of experience in sexual health • Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery • Experience working in HIV prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2IA+ community • Availability to work within a rotating schedule that includes weekends
