📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence • Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders • Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights • Oversee project teams and mentor junior consultants • Oversee schedules, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, design, and risk management in a utility setting • Track milestones and completion across projects • Support capital portfolio and project management initiatives for Energy & Utilities clients • Contribute to business development and drive client success from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Proven project management experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams • Preferred areas of expertise: Construction Financial Management, Project Management, Organizational Design, Analytical Research, Industrial Engineering, Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled workflow tools • Ability to travel 10–25% as needed
