• Own how product investment is prioritized across the portfolio • Own the New Product Introduction process end-to-end for every AI-powered product • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CPO • Hire and lead a small team for Product Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product, product operations, or program leadership • Demonstrated ownership of a stage-gate or release-governance process • Credibly fluent in LLM-based products • Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or enterprise SaaS is a meaningful plus
