📋 Description

• Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients and IT professionals • Serve as the strategic interface between companies and highly qualified specialists and executives • Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from requirements gathering through placement • Identify, approach, and attract suitable candidates in the IT sector • Advise companies on filling their vacancies with the right talent • Contribute to challenging IT projects and develop scalable solutions with measurable, sustainable business impact

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of demonstrable success in IT recruitment, covering permanent and contract placements • In-depth market knowledge and strong advisory skills at decision-maker level • Strong network among decision-makers and hiring managers, with the ability to monetize relationships quickly • Hunter and closer mentality combined with excellent negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a clear results orientation
