📋 Description

• Lead collection, validation, and analysis of ESG and sustainability data across the organization • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, alignment with reporting standards, and integrity through robust data controls • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and use third-party sustainability platforms to manage ESG data systems • Support external disclosures, ESG ratings, and audits • Contribute to writing the annual sustainability report under frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD • Prepare disclosures for CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, and ISS • Monitor evolving ESG trends and regulatory requirements • Calculate and document Scope 3 GHG emissions under the GHG Protocol • Collect and analyze value-chain data, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and document methodologies, assumptions, and emission factors • Integrate Scope 3 data into internal and external reporting • Conduct lifecycle assessments and develop product carbon-footprint calculation methodology • Analyze environmental impacts across raw materials, production, distribution, use, and end-of-life stages • Identify and initiate sustainability and ESG projects • Assess operational improvement opportunities and model financial and environmental ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally on corporate sustainability objectives • Benchmark best practices, conduct research, and attend industry association meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field • 1 year of experience involving ESG and sustainability knowledge and working understanding • Knowledge and working understanding of ESG reporting standards, including SASB and GRI • Knowledge and working understanding of CDP and TCFD • Strong comprehension of math and data modeling related to ESG metrics • Experience calculating Scope 3 emissions for a semiconductor company • Knowledge and working understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 3 standard • Ability to calculate, document, and present applicable Scope 3 emissions • Experience working with climate-related modeling tools and open-source databases for calculating GHG emissions • Experience calculating lifecycle assessments (LCA) or product carbon footprints (PCF) • Experience maintaining accurate ESG-related data in third-party systems or ESG software • No visa sponsorship available; applicants must have appropriate U.S. work authorization
