📋 Description

• Respond to inbound service inquiries by telephone • Address a variety of customer inquiries politely and professionally • Forward specific inquiries for priority resolution • Document each encounter and resolution in the computer tracking system • Handle customer requests and concerns • Provide support for phone services • Facilitate the addition of funds to inmate accounts • Multitask across several computer applications while speaking with customers • Work independently and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing • One year of previous call center experience • Ability to attend 100% classroom training program • Ability to meet or exceed performance goals • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment • Computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance • High-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection; no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot • Wired internet provider; no mobile broadband connections • Minimum upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps • Internet service provider with 1% or less packet loss • Latency under 100ms • Available cell phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or later or iOS 14 or later • Must install Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) application required by Qualfon IT
