📋 Description

• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for individual projects and programs within Primavera P6 • Facilitate schedule development and maintenance with engineering, licensing and permitting, procurement, and construction teams • Analyze schedule information and recommend corrective actions to help projects meet required in-service dates • Prepare detailed schedule reports, including critical path, baseline versus actual, look-ahead, milestone, and what-if scenario views • Develop, coordinate and maintain financial schedule estimates, budgets, resource, procurement, and other project data within Primavera P6 • Maintain status reporting and dashboards for financial aspects and schedules, including CPI, SPI, and other KPIs • Support project management with integrated schedule monitoring, tracking budget variance, forecasting, milestone scheduling, and cost and schedule reporting • Act on behalf of the project owner to bridge knowledge gaps, oversee quality, and provide leadership across project execution from concept development through design, construction, and commissioning • Mentor others and solve complex system-level challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years equivalent work experience • Data Center and large industrial construction project experience • 8+ years of Project Management Scheduling concepts, including Activity Definition and Sequencing, Resource Estimating, Activity Duration Estimating, CPM and Baseline analysis, and Earned Value • Primary experience with Primavera P6 • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Strong understanding of project progression
