• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Analytics, or a related field • Five or more years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial strategy, health economics, product marketing, or a related discipline • Experience developing value-based tools, financial models, customer-facing ROI materials, calculators, dashboards, or economic evidence • Strong analytical capabilities and fluency in healthcare metrics, value quantification, and data-driven decision-making • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate and influence across marketing, sales, clinical, medical, product, analytics, and commercial teams • Familiarity with health-economic concepts, reimbursement dynamics, and value-based care frameworks • Ability to build practical tools that commercial teams can effectively adopt and use • Must be willing to travel up to 20% overnight
