📋 Description

• Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team. • Use high volume outreach to execute a consistent, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners. • Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot, utilizing data to identify market trends and territory opportunities. • Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover pain points in a partner’s current oral care offerings. • Develop and test timely engagement hooks to turn cold leads into warm partnerships. • Map out the decision making structure of each practice to connect with specific clinical champions. • Analyze HubSpot data to identify effective outreach methods.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role. Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS is highly preferred. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clinical value to healthcare professionals. • A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment. • Proficiency with HubSpot, and modern sales intelligence tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
