📋 Description

• support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands by answering inbound customer calls • assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations • promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume • actively participate in our required upselling program by consistently identifying customer needs and making compelling offers recommending relevant products during every interaction • assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller • handle calls including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data • report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ months of service experience • provide a distraction free work from home environment • learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day • communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders • navigate multiple systems and screens • follow our computer system requirements, including provide your own Microsoft PC • troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
