📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business objectives. • Analyse complex data sets related to sales performance, operational efficiency, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to understand their data requirements and deliver insightful analytical solutions. • Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and present findings to senior management. • Manage and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy within our systems. • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse to ensure it is ready for analysis. • Develop and implement standardised reporting processes to ensure consistency and reliability of information.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Intelligence Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Excellent SQL skills for complex querying, data extraction, and manipulation. • A strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Demonstrable ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise reports and dashboards. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in the landscaping, construction, or a related service-based industry would be a significant advantage. • Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes is highly desirable.
