📋 Description

• Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data within company databases and systems • Perform regular data verification and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and other digital communication channels • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding services • Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required • Uphold data confidentiality and security standards at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer service role • Exceptional typing speed and a high level of accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality • Self-discipline and motivation to work effectively in a remote environment • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage
