📋 Description

• Accurately input and update prescription and patient data within pharmacy systems • Support medication inventory management and digital record keeping • Verify insurance information, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments • Scan, file, and organize pharmacy records • Perform basic data verification and quality checks • Collaborate remotely with team members to support pharmacy operations • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and pharmacy information • Develop and optimize workflows for pharmacy data management • Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports • Mentor and train new team members remotely • Coordinate communication across departments and pharmacy teams • Support implementation of remote work best practices and tools

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn pharmacy management software • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively • 2+ years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative roles • Proficiency in pharmacy software, MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and inventory systems • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability • Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively
