📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new customers • Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across business verticals • Troubleshoot complex issues during the POC phase and coordinate fixes with customers, QA, and Engineering • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and services • Act as a technical advisor to customers on best practices and optimal use of terrestrial and satellite communication systems • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on operating and maintaining Quvia products and their value proposition • Stay updated on advancements in Quvia systems • Coordinate with sales, product management, systems, engineering, QA, and service delivery for successful project execution • Manage handover from POC to service delivery and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 5 to 7 years of customer-facing solutions engineering experience, including technical discovery and scoping, with a prototyping mindset supporting demos and the entire POC lifecycle • At least 5 to 7 years of experience implementing networking concepts • Strong Linux command-line skills • Scripting in Python or Bash • Experience using REST APIs and JSON for integration work • At least 5 to 7 years of experience sizing, testing, and validating server hardware • Familiarity with hypervisors such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM • At least 5 to 7 years of front-end development experience for building quick dashboards using a JS framework or tools such as Grafana • Working knowledge of data engineering and analytics, including building pipelines, SQL, and converting network telemetry into insight • Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to handle competing priorities simultaneously • Preferred: Network telemetry and observability fluency across SNMP, NetFlow and IPFIX, syslog, SQL, and dashboarding tools such as Grafana • Preferred: Vertical domain experience in aviation, maritime, cruise, hospitality, or offshore energy
