📋 Description

• Lead development and strategy setting for operations across Product & Engineering, including setting performance targets, tracking outcomes, and driving strategic initiatives • Facilitate the company roadmapping process, including intake mechanisms, roadmapping activities, cross-team dependency management, OKR alignment, and roadmap-content distribution • Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle across key solutions, including launches, experiment tracking, and documentation quality • Serve as the initial product-team contact for company-wide initiatives such as onboarding, knowledge management, and employee growth and development • Lead and coordinate strategic meetings across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership • Support preparation of Product materials for quarterly board meetings • Identify and improve bottlenecked processes to streamline operations and increase team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle for building and deploying enterprise SaaS products and solutions • Strong operational skills, including measuring and regularly reporting key metrics for insights and effective decision-making • Highly adaptable with strong critical-thinking skills • Ability to evolve processes, address bottlenecks, and respond to operational challenges • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong, professional presence when working with customers, partners, and C-Suite executives • Willingness to pitch in and fill gaps when the team needs help • Nice to haves: product management experience, project management certification, and experience in healthcare technology • Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
