📋 Description

• Create, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports and dashboards • Validate data accuracy and integrity, identifying trends, errors, and opportunity areas impacting client outcomes, reporting, or revenue • Support reporting enhancements, including Power BI development and data visualization • Maintain reporting schedules, client documentation, and operational processes • Assist with client implementations, ongoing account maintenance, and administrative support activities • Contribute to team goals, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support R1’s Revenue Performance Services, including DRG Validation and Charge Capture solutions • Assist with internal initiatives and client product implementation through data verification, report creation, trend documentation, and client support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • Strong attention to detail • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills • Reporting and data validation experience • Client service orientation • Organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Proficiency with CRM tools • Experience or ability to support Power BI development and data visualization
