📋 Description

• Support low-complexity grants, contracts, and other agreements • Work with project/program, sales and service teams, and legal to structure contracts • Analyze contracts and solicitations for compliance with company policy, government requirements, specifications, and other requirements • Maintain current knowledge of government contract practices, statutes, regulations, and SRI policies and procedures • Serve as primary business contact for vendors, customers, and partners • Conduct proposal preparation, pre-contract data collection, and government contract administration • Draft and review nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Must be a US Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with in-house and customer staff at all levels • Effective interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability • Ability to prioritize workload, use good judgment, and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented and well organized • Ability to work reasonably independently, exercise good judgment, and respond quickly to requests • Ability to travel to SRI or customer sites as needed • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems is desirable • Conditional employment offers are subject to a background check
