📋 Description

• Set the enterprise strategy and roadmap for revenue cycle analytics across Central Delivery, Customer Partners, and clients • Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization • Advise operational, executive, and client stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities • Deliver scalable analytics products, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service capabilities • Align Hospital Billing and Professional Billing reporting, KPIs, and data standards • Translate Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data into measurable financial and operational improvement • Establish disciplined product practices for roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and value realization • Partner with Product, Technology, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable enterprise solutions • Advance automation, AI, and modern analytics to strengthen decisions and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 10 years of experience • At least 5 years in a management role • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Clarity certifications preferred • Revenue cycle expertise, including Hospital Billing and Shared Services • Product leadership and advanced analytics experience • Ability to work with Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data • Experience with roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and value realization • Knowledge of automation, AI, and modern analytics • Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and Data Engineering
