📋 Description

• Assess, monitor, investigate, educate on, and promote compliance with federal and state data and information privacy requirements • Address client and operational privacy practices • Receive, document, track, investigate, and take action on data incidents and privacy issues • Apply sanctions for failure to comply with privacy policies in cooperation with the privacy team, Human Resources, and legal counsel • Develop compliance-based metrics and reporting mechanisms for privacy and data incident concerns • Work with internal teams to remediate activities and manage privacy and compliance enhancement projects • Monitor, educate on, and promote compliance with federal, state, and international privacy requirements • Assist in annual compliance and risk assessments • Mitigate risk and protect data to improve quality and customer satisfaction • Assist in developing and enhancing the Compliance & Ethics Program • Report to and work with senior management, frontline site and service leaders, clients, and vendors • Assist in other areas benefiting the Company’s privacy posture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is Required • At least two (2) years compliance experience, including data and information privacy experience, preferably in a hospital or health care environment, or within the health care industry more broadly • Excellent project management skills • Ability to think strategically and analyze complex compliance issues • Proven research, writing and communication skills • High degree of integrity, trust and ability to work independently • Professional, ethical and discrete in maintaining proprietary and confidential information
