📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day Salesforce configuration, support, and maintenance • Continuously improve the Salesforce platform to enable growth • Support internal users and communicate with end users • Handle user maintenance, reports and dashboards, Flows, lead/opportunity pipeline management, cases/service requests, bug and feature requests, sandbox testing, and QA • Train new users and grow Salesforce skills across the organization • Support team members on special projects • Manage Salesforce data feeds, conversions, consolidations, and integrations with Pardot and ServiceNow • Work independently and collaborate to deliver solutions meeting business requirements • Develop efficient processes using best practices, native functionality, and UX principles • Test application stability and functionality and recommend performance improvements • Manage cases, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and document solutions in the ticketing system • Assess impacts of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems • Design and implement processes, facilitate user adoption, and maintain the Salesforce instance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Sciences, or related field preferred • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications preferred • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce administration, including app building, user provisioning, data management, custom apps, objects, formula fields, flows, and user security (profiles, roles, and sharing rules) • Strong project management skills • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and manage across organizational levels • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and identify true needs • Project management experience, preferably Agile methodology • Experience with Validity’s DemandTools, Conga or other CLM, integrated MAP platform (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot), and Gearset or another DevOps tool • Integration experience • Experience as a business analyst • Ability to work as a team and as an individual contributor • Ability to document complex ideas as functional requirements
