📋 Description
• Schedule radiology appointments • Obtain insurance information • Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations • Process incoming faxes • Send out medical records • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks throughout the workday
🎯 Requirements
• Healthcare background preferred • eClinicalWorks Practice Management System background preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment • Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions • Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff • Full remote work within the CST time zone
