📋 Description

• Support operations through accurate course scheduling • Review historical scheduling data to inform and support strategic scheduling decisions • Align instructor availability with student demand • Identify common user challenges and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency and adoption • Maintain and manage the course scheduling database • Process course additions, changes, and cancellations accurately and promptly • Ensure accurate course information is stored in the appropriate databases • Support an upcoming government language instruction contract

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment • Must be certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or demonstrate equivalent proficiency • Three or more years of experience in education and training course scheduling is highly desired • Experience supporting a language training contract is preferred • Military linguist or Command Language Program experience is preferred • Availability for a 9–5 schedule or as required by the customer
