📋 Description

• Maintain, update, and re-baseline Integrated Master Schedules for the federal government • Apply project management principles to manage, monitor, update, integrate, and improve the Integrated Master Schedule • Manage critical and near-critical paths in coordination with government stakeholders • Perform program schedule analysis covering critical paths, bottlenecks, dependencies, float, slack, and schedule variance • Recommend schedule improvements to government personnel • Use schedule data for Power BI management dashboards, executive briefings, and reports • Maintain risk and bottleneck repositories • Track milestones, deliverables, and progress against planned schedules • Monitor vendor schedule performance and analyze weekly and monthly variances • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management to assess progress and variances • Assess Integrated Master Schedule health against government best practices • Lead and manage the Schedule Integrated Product Team and participate in related IPTs and governance forums • Serve as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor government officials • Use enterprise-level scheduling software to improve schedule management and integration • Propose and implement processes to improve integrated scheduling and project management efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of experience with federal government acquisitions integrated project planning • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects • Experience performing program schedule analysis, including evaluating metrics, critical path, float, and schedule variance • Experience building and maintaining program-level Integrated Master Schedules, monitoring vendor performance, and using project management techniques • Expertise with enterprise-level scheduling software and proposing processes to improve integrated scheduling • Ability to serve as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor program staff in scheduling best practices and techniques • Must be a US Citizen • Must possess an active and current DoD Secret Clearance
