📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Ensure the IMS captures all program activities, tasks, milestones, and a traceable critical path to solution delivery • Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments • Identify and report schedule drivers, critical path items, and schedule margin • Support development and maintenance of the Risk Register Report • Support preparation and delivery of Monthly Status Reports • Support preparation and delivery of Program Management Review briefing materials • Prepare and deliver schedule status briefings and reports for program reviews • Support development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules • Track and report staffing levels, availability, and utilization across program workstreams • Support development and maintenance of the staffing plan, including hiring and training scalability • Coordinate with functional leads to align resource availability with schedule requirements • Monitor and report resource utilization and escalate resource conflicts to the Program Manager • Integrate lower-tier subcontractor schedules into the program IMS • Work directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Control Principal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive scheduling and program control experience on complex federal government IT or systems integration programs • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project on multi-site deployment programs • Experience performing critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments on federal programs • Expert proficiency in MS Project, required for IMS development, maintenance, and reporting
