📋 Description

• Schedule radiology appointments • Obtain insurance information • Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations • Work with incoming faxes • Send out medical records • Manage multiple tasks throughout the workday • Provide excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Background in healthcare is preferred • Background with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment • Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions • Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff • Ability to work full remote within the CST time-zone
