📋 Description

• Prepare and review U.S. partnership and corporate income tax workpapers and returns in coordination with external tax preparers • Assist in the preparation of ASC 740 income tax provisions • Coordinate with in-country service providers for the preparation and filing of foreign tax returns • Prepare and maintain tax account reconciliations • Maintain tax depreciation and amortization schedules • Support audit requests and respond to tax-related inquiries from auditors and regulatory authorities • Assist with state and local tax notices, including coordination with applicable jurisdictions • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure accurate and timely compliance across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required • CPA or CPA eligibility preferred • 2+ years of experience in tax, with exposure to partnership and/or corporate tax • Experience with tax provision software (e.g., OneSource) preferred • Familiarity with tax research tools (e.g., BNA or equivalent) • Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools is a plus • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and external providers • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods (6–8 hours/day) • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Employer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future
