• Partner with Client Service on projects to ensure client needs are met • Deliver projects on time, in line with client expectations, and on budget • Coordinate internal resources and ensure resources are correctly booked and managed • Monitor and manage client deliverables across Brand Strategy & Research, Media Planning and Buying, Analytics, Creative, and Production teams • Create and maintain project documentation, including project codes/job numbers, schedules, estimates, financial summaries, and meeting notes • Execute campaign and research deliverables while managing shifting priorities and ensuring on-time execution • Notify team and client about project progress, questions, feedback, and changes • Manage the timing and receipt of client-provided creative assets • Archive final creative assets and working files • Activate and manage the Media Activation Process, assigning roles and responsibilities to departments as needed • Meet regularly with stakeholders • Maintain RainMAP documents and provide bi-weekly reporting
• 3+ years’ experience • Prior media or creative agency experience required • PMI Project Management certification preferred • Experience managing creative projects from inception through completion • Basic knowledge/understanding of the creative development process, marketing and CRM concepts, brand strategy, digital media landscape, digital technologies, and video production is a plus • Ability to translate client goals into tangible marketing solutions using independent strategic thinking • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment with a tolerance for surprises • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships within project teams and throughout the agency • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and the Google Suite • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational and analytical skills • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities • Appreciation of Rain’s Core Values • Ability to accommodate meetings in different US time zones • Periodic travel expected
