📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of multi-million-dollar construction, refrigeration, and controls project portfolios • Own project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction • Lead project teams through all project facets and serve as the established stakeholder point of contact • Support sales through quote preparation, project development, and proposals • Validate project scope, cost, and schedule through contract review and pre-bid activities • Manage change orders, including identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, applying pricing strategies, and closing orders • Maintain customer satisfaction, relationships, communication plans, and timely project updates • Select and manage qualified subcontractors, including RFQs, awards, execution, billing, safety, and communications • Manage project cash flow, forecasts, expenses, collections support, applied costs, buy-out plans, and backlog reviews • Create and maintain project schedules, task dependencies, milestones, critical paths, resource assignments, and future planning • Collaborate with Controls Project Managers on project tasks, communications, plans, specifications, and control submittals • Lead project administration, contract compliance, penalty and liquidated-damages requirements, corrective actions, documentation, safety guidelines, and governing-agency requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced understanding of the development phase related to construction energy projects and opportunities • Knowledge of construction systems and technologies • Strong leadership, mentoring, organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to successfully lead a project team • 3+ years of experience • Ability to obtain a General Contracting license is a plus • Experience with project schedules and PM construction software • Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time • Safety-sensitive role; may require passing additional drug screening
