📋 Description

• Manage, coach, mentor, and evaluate shift managers • Foster a positive and supportive environment for direct reports and their teams • Advocate for overnight shift needs and ensure stable operations • Meet with hotline staff and facilitate collaborative team meetings • Assess skills and knowledge gaps and recommend development pathways • Participate in rotating on-call schedules and act as emergency backup for on-site support • Support Recovery Support Fund calls, telephone hotline, and online hotline operations • Provide quality assurance and oversight for overnight-shift services • Complete quality assurance evaluations and coordinate quality requirements across shifts • Monitor staff capacity and attrition and recommend solutions to address operational gaps • Participate in overnight-shift candidate interviews and selection • Create schedules, review shift payroll, and coordinate Federal Work Study student projects • Support performance-improvement project selection and prioritization • Design and deliver quarterly foundational staff training and monthly in-service sessions • Provide input on policies and protocols and ensure consistent implementation • Escalate workplace behavior and service-quality concerns to senior management • Make independent, real-time staff and service decisions using critical thinking and RAINN policies • Organize and facilitate NSAH management meetings • Identify hotline needs and collaboratively develop solutions • Provide feedback on training topics and revisions to strengthen staff skills and morale • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant social services experience • At least 3 years of experience working or volunteering in crisis intervention services • At least 3 years of experience managing paid and/or unpaid staff • Experience addressing complex employee relations, performance management, coaching, and remediation matters • Willingness and ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays • Comfort discussing topics related to sexual violence and supporting teams engaged in trauma-related work • Ability to effectively use technology and virtual workplace tools in a remote environment • Must successfully complete a criminal background check administered by RAINN • Experience managing employees across multiple shifts or within a 24/7 service environment preferred • Experience providing trauma-informed supervision preferred • Spanish-language proficiency preferred • Home office setup with dependable high-speed internet connection • Demonstrated technical proficiency in G Suite, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar • Obtain and maintain the National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP) credential following hire
