• Maintain and enhance Raintree's sales demo environments and data sets. • Ensure demos accurately reflect real-world outpatient therapy workflows. • Support new feature releases and demo readiness efforts. • Assist with RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical evaluations. • Maintain a centralized library of approved responses and supporting documentation. • Research product capabilities, integrations, and technical requirements. • Document customer workflows and business processes. • Create process maps, solution documentation, and technical resources. • Support discovery efforts by organizing customer requirements and operational needs. • Support project coordination across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Maintain technical assets, playbooks, and documentation repositories. • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability across the Sales Engineering function.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR systems, software implementation, technical support, or solution consulting. • Strong written communication and documentation skills. • Excellent organizational and project management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Experience with EHR, EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare software platforms. • Experience supporting RFP, RFI, or technical proposal processes. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Canva, and presentation tools. • Experience creating workflow documentation, process maps, or technical documentation. • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, integrations, or APIs.
