📋 Description
• Oversee organizational compliance with federal, state, and local telecommunications statutes • Administer tariffs • Manage Universal Service Fund (USF) programs, including Schools and Libraries / E-Rate, Rural Health Care, and Lifeline • Provide wholesale circuit billing assurance • Manage inter-carrier settlements • Assist with preparation of jurisdictional cost studies • Potentially support Continuing Property Records (CPR) maintenance and fixed-asset regulatory accounting • Serve as a financial and regulatory partner across the business • Coordinate between external regulatory authorities, including FCC, USAC, NECA, and state PUCs, and internal finance, billing, legal, and network engineering teams • Safeguard revenue integrity, optimize cost recovery, and minimize statutory liability
